Cheesy Pull-Apart Garlic Bread Meatball Sandwiches
*Ingredients
+(12 portions)
°1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
°4 teaspoons Italian seasoning perfect, divided
°3 teaspoons divided garlic powder
°1 pack (12 ounces) refrigerated chicken meatballs, cut in half
°1 package sweet dinner coil from Hawaii, (12 roll)
°6 slices provolone cheese
°1 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
°3 tbsp melted butter
*Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix the tomato sauce with 3 teaspoons Italian spices and 1 teaspoon garlic powder in a large bowl. Add meatballs; Stir to cover in the sauce mixture. Set aside.
2. Remove the rolls from the packaging but do not separate. Cut a whole bundle of rolls in half horizontally, leaving the bottom half slightly thicker than the top half. Place the bottom half of the rolls in a baking dish 13 × 9 inches, cut upwards. Layer provolone cheese over the bottom half of the rolls. Top with meatballs and sauce. Sprinkling meatballs with mozzarella. Place the top half of the rolls, cut aside down, over the mozzarella.
3. Mix the butter with the remaining seasoning. Brush the coil lids with butter mixture. Cover with foil. Bake from 25 to 30 minutes or until hot.
