Homemade Cinnamon Rolls!!!

Ingredients:

For the Dough:

  • 1 cup warm (not hot) milk
  • 1 tablespoon instant yeast
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 small eggs
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

For the Filling:

  • ΒΌ cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Activate the yeast:

    In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, instant yeast, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.

  2. Prepare the dough:

    Add the remaining sugar, softened butter, salt, eggs, and 2 cups of flour to the yeast mixture.

    Mix well until the ingredients come together.

    Gradually add the remaining cup of flour, one bit at a time, until the dough forms a soft, slightly sticky ball.

  3. Knead the dough:

    Turn the dough out onto a floured surface.

    Knead it for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. You can add a little more flour if it’s too sticky.
